We have had the plan indicating the site for

the Aerodrome at IIong Kong reproduced for circulation

with the Colonial Office Memorandum (C.I.D. Paper

No. 294-C). I hope to get Memorandum out to-day.

As requested in your minute to me of the

17th instant I return the original of the plan.
